Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Note that PO boxes are not permitted for delivery.
Delivery available in Canada:
• Delivery fee of $10 plus taxes for orders of $69.99 or less before taxes.
• A delivery fee of $30 will be applied for remote areas.
• FREE DELIVERY on purchases of $100 or more before taxes (except for remote areas, where a $30 delivery fee applies).
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this 30-day period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
For a return and refund to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. A refund will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.
You will receive an email confirming the approval or refusal of your return/refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account due to banking delays beyond our control.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order (wrong or missing item), please open a request on our support page within 30 days of receiving your package.

Trades
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same one or request an exchange for a promotional item, please submit your request via the link above.
All exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with tags, within 30 days of purchase.
Promotional items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
No promotional or discounted items can be refunded — all sales are final.
Delivery of a return
A1 Sport is not responsible for any shipping fees related to a return or exchange. All goods remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
