Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?

Everywhere in Canada, except to PO boxes.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $10 plus taxes on orders under $100 before taxes, and free on orders of $100 or more before taxes. In Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, a flat $30 fee applies to all orders.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock orders ship the next business day and arrive within 2 to 3 business days, everywhere in Canada.

Can I change my order?

Yes, within 3 hours of purchase, by contacting us during business hours. You can also add an item to an existing order, even if it has shipped. If the updated total is below $100, shipping fees may apply.

My order is marked delivered, but it is not here. What should I do?

Check around your address and with your neighbours, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will help investigate.

Returns and warranty

What is your return policy?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See the full refund policy.

Can I return a promotional item?

Yes. Promotional and discounted items follow the same return conditions as regular-priced items.

What if my item arrives damaged?

What warranty do JetBlack products have?

A 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, for the original purchaser.

VICTORY smart trainer

Is my bike compatible with the VICTORY?

Yes, if it has a quick-release skewer with a 130 or 135 mm rear hub, or a 12 mm thru axle with a 142 or 148 mm rear hub. All the adapters are in the box.

Which cassettes does it accept?

The Zwift Cog is pre-installed and works with most 8- to 12-speed bikes. The VICTORY also accepts 11- and 12-speed cassettes, and 10-speed with the included spacer. SRAM XDR requires an XDR freehub body, sold separately. Campagnolo is not supported.

Which apps work with the VICTORY?

Zwift, with virtual shifting, plus ROUVY, MyWhoosh, TrainerRoad, FulGaz and other apps over Bluetooth FTMS and ANT+ FE-C.

Where is the serial number?

On a sticker at the back of the flywheel casing, between the two legs.

Accessories

Which Freedom Rocker Feet fit my trainer?

Round feet fit the JetBlack VICTORY, Wahoo KICKR CORE, Magene T110, Decathlon DC100 and Van Rysel D100. Oval feet fit the JetBlack VOLT, Zwift Hub and Wahoo KICKR CORE 2.

Do bike-style trainers work with the Rocker Plate?

No. They are too heavy for the Rocker Plate.
